The foundation behind ACC stems from our father and grandfather, the late Rex Greer. Rex was one of the original independent inspectors and opened the first test lab facility for compressed gas cylinders in the industry. He ran his business based on safety, integrity, ethics, trust and the Code of Federal Regulations. Rex became a subject matter expert, and ensured his employees performed in the exact same way as he would do every day. This defines ACC’s Core Values today!

Meet the ACC Leadership Team

Paul Jensen

Paul Jensen is the President of ACC. Paul brings significant experience gained during his 29-year career in the aerospace and defense industry and 6 years in the compressed gas cylinder industry. His background is comprised of serving in various roles including leading large organizations in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, FAA Aftermarket Services, Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, New Product Introduction and Program Management. Paul’s formal education includes Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and Master of Science in Technical Management and continues to increase his depth and knowledge in the compressed gas cylinder industry.

Loren Jensen

Loren Jensen is the Certifying Inspector on record and the Vice President for ACC. Loren comes to ACC with over 18 years of direct experience in the high and low-pressure cylinder industry specializing in foreign and domestic inspections and factory approvals. Loren’s extensive experience has built a reputation our clients count on by having worked with all compressed gas vessels covered in 49 CFR 178.36 through 178.71 and relevant special permits. Loren is fully trained and qualified to perform the inspection on all low and high-pressure DOT rated cylinders as well as UN-ISO pressure vessels as prescribed in 178.69 through 178.71.

Frank Jensen

Frank Jensen Our late Father, Frank Jensen, brought over 47 years of experience in all phases of IIA inspection and testing, and worked in nearly every type of cylinder factory to help form ACC. Frank was a teacher, handing down his extensive knowledge and passion to comply to the regulations which is the foundation for what ACC stands for.
